Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Video Consultation

Patients who booked a video consultation call will get a call based on doctor availability (4 pm - 8 pm). Patients need not panic. The reason for allocating appointment numbers rather than time is:

Overshooting of time of consultation by that day's previous patients,
The doctor may be busy handling an "emergency" during your scheduled appointment time,
The doctor (or the user) may face network problem issues because of their location or position.
Patients are advised to pick up the phone call once they are ready to consult and in case they have done the test, keep the reports ready in front of you and write your doubts in a paper so that you can ask. Once consultation is completed then you may not be able to talk once again. Either you have to book another appointment or mail to the official email id maheshk133@yahoo.com
Please don't pick up the video consultation call just inform the doctor that you want to reschedule the call. Please reschedule the call before the doctor calls you.

Also please note:

If you are 100% sure of consulting the doctor on your appointment date and time only then please book a call. We don't have a policy of cancellation of appointments. You can reschedule your earlier appointment only "once" within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment time failing which you have to forego your consultation fees.
We don't have a cancellation or refund policy for consultation fees if you fail to reschedule your calls within 24 hours after your scheduled appointment time.
Please don't reschedule your appointment after the doctor calls you due to reasons like being busy, reports not ready, attendant not available, etc, as this will be considered a consultation call. Request you to reschedule the call before the doctor calls you.

Clinic visit

Book an appointment for an offline clinic consultation for Diabetes treatment.
Appointments will be confirmed once the payment is received and all the mandatory fields are filled.
Please write any of your queries on a paper so that you are ready for consultation.
Follow-up Patients can come as suggested by their doctor during their previous visit with the hospital file and latest prescription.

Video consult

Book an appointment for diabetes treatment via online video (Consultation fees ₹ 750).
Book the consultation in the name of the patient (not in the name of the attendant or any family member).
Provide the email ID of the patient or any family member for any future communication.
Keep all the latest reports and medications ready before consultation.
Book your slots when you are free to pick up the call and consult also check that you are in a place where the Mobile or Wi-Fi connectivity is good.
After completion of the consultation and disconnecting the call, the consultation is considered complete.
On cancellation of a booked appointment, there will be no refund of the consultation fee (once the appointment is booked and then canceled). Patients can reschedule the call for the next available slot within the next 24 hours, otherwise, a consultation will automatically get canceled by the system.
For Online video consultation, we don't do treatment for skin disorders.
For Online video consultation, we don't treat any kind of Medical emergency.

New patients appointments

Based on the Patient's medical history and symptoms, the Doctor will or may recommend all new and regular follow-up reviews of the Patient's blood tests. Hence it is highly recommended that the Patient come on an empty stomach (fasting) for Diabetes blood tests (7:30 am - 9:00 am).
Patients are requested to carry all their regular medicines while coming for blood testing and consultation.
