Please note:

1. The doctor may suggest lab tests at their facility for several reasons:
   1. Blood reports for diabetic patients can vary, leading to discrepancies.
   2. Lab-to-lab variations in reports may occur.
   3. Older reports or delays in processing samples can affect accuracy.
   4. Tests may be missed or are crucial for current treatment adjustments.
2. The consultation fee covers recommendation of tests, and general Q&A without prescription as well.
3. Each doctor’s approach differs, so avoid comparing treatments; discuss symptoms and previous diagnoses with simplicity.
4. The doctor will recommend diagnostic tests based on medical history; patients can suggest tests, but the decision rests on the doctor’s judgment.
5. Our team is open to discussions, and our doctors and Patients are free to agree or disagree (mutually) with each other’s views.
6. There will be no delay in processing the patient’s blood sample thereby giving accurate results of the samples(Delay in processing blood samples may lead to fluctuations in the blood report).
7. Diabetic individuals visiting our centers are recommended to come in fasting to pass the blood samples.

For Video Consultation

Patients who booked a video consultation call will get a call based on doctor availability (4 pm - 8 pm). Patients need not panic. The reason for allocating appointment numbers rather than time is:

1. Overshooting of time of consultation by that day's previous patients,
2. The doctor may be busy handling an "emergency" during your scheduled appointment time,
3. The doctor (or the user) may face network problem issues because of their location or position.
4. Patients are advised to pick up the phone call once they are ready to consult and in case they have done the test, keep the reports ready in front of you and write your doubts in a paper so that you can ask. Once consultation is completed then you may not be able to talk once again. Either you have to book another appointment or mail to the official email id maheshk133@yahoo.com
5. Please don't pick up the video consultation call just inform the doctor that you want to reschedule the call. Please reschedule the call before the doctor calls you.

Also please note:

• If you are 100% sure of consulting the doctor on your appointment date and time only then please book a call. We don't have a policy of cancellation of appointments. You can reschedule your earlier appointment only "once" within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment time failing which you have to forego your consultation fees.
• We don't have a cancellation or refund policy for consultation fees if you fail to reschedule your calls within 24 hours after your scheduled appointment time.
• Please don't reschedule your appointment after the doctor calls you due to reasons like being busy, reports not ready, attendant not available, etc, as this will be considered a consultation call. Request you to reschedule the call before the doctor calls you.
